Warmboard Flooring
Ever floor of the mill is now fitted with a Warmboard Heating System. Warmboard radiant heat system is the best way to provide even, responsive, energy efficient radiant heat in a conventional wood framed home.
Radiant heating cuts average energy use as much as 30% over forced-air systems, and the low water temperatures typical of Warmboard installations cut energy bills even more.
Envira Fuel
Thanks to Deiter Bros. Fuel Co., Illick's Mill now has a reliable, reasonably priced supply of Envirafuel. This is the only fuel used in the heating of Illick's Mill. Envirafuel dramatically reduces harmful emissions that impact air quality, reduces service calls related to fuel quality, increases the life of existing heating equipment, improves efficiency-resulting in net savings, burns cleaner, and gives immediate soot reductions of up to 70%.
Roth Industries
Our oil tanks were specially built by Roght to be double-lined so as to prevent leakage into the water table and springs beneath the mill. Roth maintains the tradition of cutting-edge technology, motivated and team-oriented personnel, and an over 50-year reputation for entrepreneurial flexibility, and social and environmental responsibility to deliver products that are consistently superior in quality, comfort, and innovation.
Environ Biocomposites, LLC
The Illick's Mill Project purchased wheat board from this company and is installing it as a safety barrier in our stairwell. The board will be painted with a mural to reflect the environment at every level that correlates with the outdoors surrounding the mill. Environ Biocomposites™ , LLC. A manufacturer of Phenix™ products, is a leader in both innovation and technology as a manufacturer of environmentally friendly-engineered panel products. They utilize both waste products and renewable resources to create new materials with unlimited applications.

All of the tubing used to complete our Warmboard Heating System was supplied by Mr. Pex. Mr. Pex Systems is one of the leading radiant floor heating and domestic hot and cold water systems suppliers in North American marketplace.
